Hanover Park raises $27M to rebuild how private funds actually run.

Hanover Park raises $27M to rebuild how private funds actually run.

Fund administration is a $100 trillion problem hiding behind spreadsheets and manual labor. Hanover Park set out to replace the whole stack — general ledger, waterfall engine, investor portal, portfolio management — with a single AI-native platform, reviewed by CPAs at every step. Last week, they announced a $27M Series A to keep going.

The Problem

Private equity and venture capital run on fund administrators. They're the back-office infrastructure behind capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and closing the books. And the industry is broken in an obvious way: financial data is scattered across legacy providers, books take weeks to close, and basic questions about your own fund take days to answer.

Hanover Park's thesis is that this isn't a feature gap. It's an architecture problem. So they built everything from scratch — a proprietary general ledger, AI agents that read emails and propose journal entries, automated portfolio monitoring — and paired it with a team of accountants who review every output. Speed and trust in the same system.

What we did

Chris and the Hanover Park team came to us to build the brand identity and the website. The positioning challenge was specific: they needed to feel as trustworthy as the legacy providers they're replacing, while making it clear the technology is genuinely different. Not "innovation" language. Real operational credibility.

We designed the visual system, wrote the copy, and built the full site in Framer. The site does the selling — one scroll, no pitch deck required, from "who are these people" to "let me book a call." That was the brief and that was the bar.

Why it matters

Every fund CFO is being asked the same question right now: how will you adopt AI? Hanover Park is one of the clearest answers in the market. They built the infrastructure from zero, they pair AI agents with human accountants, and the results show — $15 billion in assets, a growing client roster of institutional firms, and a Series A that speaks for itself.

We're proud of the work. The brand holds up at scale, the site converts, and the company keeps shipping. That's what good work looks like from where we sit.
